Through leadership alignment, team facilitation and dialogue, training, and coaching, we support our clients to build upon existing diversity and inclusion best practices, understand and constructively address obstacles to inclusivity, and define a new path to effective collaboration and organizational effectiveness. We do this through providing clarity on why diversity and inclusion is critical to their business success, and increasing awareness and skills in the areas of conscious and unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and deep listening. We also work with clients to develop diversity and inclusion infrastructure, set measurable targets and develop metrics for success.

Inclusive Leadership

It is the role of the leader to build and maintain an inclusive organization. Leaders who do this skillfully are self-aware, understanding their strengths and challenges, as well as their impacts. By first understanding what they want to create and strengthen in the current environment, and then embodying the behaviors consistent with their vision for the future, they are able to create the inclusive environment needed to reach their goals.

Recognizing the need for a comprehensive approach to developing their inclusive leadership competency, we support leadership teams to develop effective and authentic leadership styles, engage in courageous conversations, embrace accountability for their actions and impacts, build strong and cohesive teams, and master inclusive leadership behaviors.

Engagements typically consist of ongoing support and coaching along with recurrent, facilitated leadership team meetings to evaluate progress and deepen the learning in inclusive leadership competencies.

Women's Leadership

Women’s leadership is not only an imperative for short and medium term gains, it is critical to long term business success. And the need for enhancing women’s leadership in organizations has never been greater. Despite the fact that women have been joining the ranks of corporations at the same rate as men for the last quarter century, they remain strikingly absent from senior level leadership. This has become a major financial and reputational risk for organizations. Although a growing number of companies are keenly aware of this fact, they have not yet cracked the code to recruiting, retaining and advancing the potential of women within their walls.

At Present Possibility, we understand these challenges all too well. We are passionate about working with clients to enhance female talent and create a system that enables this talent to flourish. Though all of our engagements are customized, our process typically entails assessing the current environment, defining solutions that meet the most relevant cultural and talent management needs, and executing women’s leadership programs that strengthen institutional capacity as well as the growing the talent within. We specialize in women’s leadership training and coaching for high potential employees as well as senior level women, as well as consulting to develop and enhance mentoring, sponsorship, and affinity programs.
